Swelect Energy Systems has raised ₹290 crore funding through non-convertible debentures through a private placement with India Infradebt Ltd.

A press statement from the company said this was secured against a portion of its solar power generating assets and has unlocked ₹260 crore in cash collaterals. The funds will be reinvested to scale up its portfolio to one GW by 2026-2027.

The company has also secured orders for more than 150 MW of its “TOPCon Bi-facial solar PV modules”.
