PSP Projects on Friday announced that it has received work orders, cumulatively worth ₹1764.12 crore for a wide range of infrastructure and construction projects across Ahmedabad, primarily within the institutional and residential categories.

With these projects, the company’s total order inflow for FY25 is ₹3,478.58 crore, PSP Projects said in a stock exchange filing.

It said it won the City Side development project at Ahmedabad Airport, valued at ₹647.22 crore. The project was awarded by Adani Airport Holdings Ltd and is set to be completed within 18 months.


The Adani Medicity & Research Center construction project, worth ₹411.72 crore from Vitthal Mandir is scheduled for completion in 24 months.

Also, a residential project at Shatigram, Ahmedabad, valued at ₹139.93 crore, from Adani Realty is to be completed in 22 months.

The leadership guest house at Shatigram, Ahmedabad, worth ₹147.47 crore, from Adani Enterprises Ltd is set to be completed within 18 months.

The Airside and Landside Development at Ahmedabad Airport, worth ₹223.47 Crores, awarded by Ahmedabad International Airport Ltd, is slated for completion in 12 months.

Lastly, a training centre at Shantigram, Ahmedabad, valued at ₹61.07 crore and awarded by Adani Enterprises Ltd, has an 18-month completion timeline.

The company will also develop the Vishram Gruh at Asarva Civil Hospital Campus, valued at ₹51 crore (excluding GST), awarded by Sevadaan Arogya Foundation, in the residential category, to be completed within 20 months.

The company said there were also small value work orders/amendments collectively worth 82.24 crore.

On another note, the company was also the lowest bidder (L1) for the development project of a street in Ahmedabad, costing ₹120.53 crore (excluding GST).

Shares of PSP Projects were trading 1.22% lower at ₹622 on the BSE around 11.08 am.
