Kangana Ranaut takes a jibe at Kunal Kamra over his comment on Eknath Shinde: 'Someone does this for 2minutes of fame' - WATCH VIDEO

Kunal Kamra has been making headlines for his comment on Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde. The comedian made a parody of the ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’ song and called him ‘gaddar’. Kamra said, “Meri nazar se tum dekho to gaddar nazar wo aaye. Haaye.” Meanwhile, he refused to apologise for his comment.
Now Kangana Ranaut has reacted to Kamra and taken a jibe at him. The actress said in a video shared by ANI, “We should think where society is heading when someone does this only for 2 minutes of fame. You might be anyone, but insulting and defaming someone. A person for whom his/her respect is everything, and you insult and disregard them.”

Kangana further added, “Who are these people, and what are their credentials? If they can write, they should do so in literature…Abusing people and our culture in the name of comedy. This has been done legally, but what had been done (demolishing of her bungalow) to me was illegally done.”
Kamra’s comments faced a lot of backlash. An FIR was filed against him and he was issued summons by the Khar police station. Meanwhile, 12 Shiv Sena workers were arrested for vandalising his studio, Habitat Studio where Kamra had performed.
Meanwhile, Eknath Shinde reacted to Kamra’s comments and said, “Freedom of speech is there. We understand satire. But there should be a limit. This is like taking ‘supari’ (contract) to speak against someone.”
He added, “This same person (Kamra) had commented on the Supreme Court of India, the prime minister, (journalist) Arnab Goswami and some industrialists. This is not freedom of speech; this is working for someone.”
