A Fan of King Khan
Bravo, who joined KKR’s coaching staff after retiring from the IPL as a player, has always been vocal about his love for Shah Rukh Khan. As part of the KKR setup, he now gets to interact with the team’s charismatic co-owner more frequently.
“I am a big fan of Shah Rukh Khan and his acting. I love him as a human, that is more important to me. He is my boss, and I have a very cool boss. I am looking forward to seeing him throughout the season and making sure his team makes him proud,” Bravo shared with Filmygyan.
A Unique Bond with Virat Kohli
While Bravo has shared the dressing room with several Indian cricketers, including MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina, and Hardik Pandya, his relationship with Virat Kohli is built on mutual respect rather than close camaraderie.
“We share mutual respect for each other. Virat is not someone who I have played in the same team with, so I am not that close with him as Dhoni, Raina, or Hardik. I respect what he has contributed to the sport. If we see each other, we definitely speak,” Bravo said.
Despite not having played together in the IPL, the two have shared off-field moments, strengthening their bond. Bravo fondly recalled a special memory when Kohli visited his house and had dinner, showcasing their off-field camaraderie.
“He has come to my house already, had dinner. He made a cameo in one of my music videos also, so I am happy and grateful for that,” Bravo added.
Kohli’s appearance in Bravo’s music video was a treat for fans, proving that their admiration extends beyond cricket.
Personal Life and Bollywood Aspirations
Earlier, in conversation with ETimes, Bravo clarified his personal life, confirming his split from long-time girlfriend Regina Ramjit and addressing rumors about their relationship. He emphasized his love for both cricket and music, reflecting his passion for these fields. Additionally, Bravo hinted at a potential Bollywood venture, revealing that Shah Rukh Khan had promised him a role in a film. Now that he’s associated with Khan’s team, Bravo anticipates seeing him frequently during the season, potentially paving the way for his Bollywood debut.
