Actress Sai Pallavi is known for her natural beauty and simple lifestyle. Earlier during the promotions of ‘Thandel’, co-star Naga Chaitanya playfully revealed that she drinks at least five liters of tender coconut water daily.
However, Sai Pallavi laughed off the claim, clarifying that while it may not be that much, she does consume around two liters regularly. She also follows traditional skincare remedies using honey and turmeric, embracing a natural approach to beauty.

While coconut water is often praised for its health benefits, excessive consumption can lead to imbalances in electrolytes. However, Sai Pallavi’s two-liter intake remains within safe limits, complementing her commitment to a healthy and natural lifestyle.
Sai Pallavi’s natural charm shines!
Sai Pallavi often appears without makeup in public events and interviews, a choice that has earned her admiration. In the Nivin Pauly starrer ‘Premam’, she acted with visible acne and blemishes, and interestingly the character Malar got recognition from the audiences due to her natural charm and obviously her acting skills.
In a past interview with VSN Murthy, Sai Pallavi spoke about how promoting a no-makeup look onscreen made her feel liberated. She shared that many directors initially suggested light makeup but later felt she performed better without any. “My cheeks turn red when I’m angry or shy, and they liked that natural expression. I usually wear eyeliner because studio lights make my eyes look smaller, but for Virata Parvam, I didn’t even do that. I just washed my face and showed up. This was the most liberated I have felt,” she said.
The actress also addressed her simple dressing style at functions, explaining that while she prefers traditional sarees, she has always maintained certain limitations when it comes to glamour.
On the work front, Sai Pallavi was last seen in the Naga Chaitanya starrer ‘Thandel’ which received good reviews from the audiences.
