“This is to inform you that the Company has today received an order for the supply of solar modules for 410 MWp from ABREL EPC Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Renewables Limited) engaged in the business of owning, developing and operating renewable power projects in India,” Waaree Energies said in a regulatory filing.
The order, categorised as a one-time contract, involves the supply of modules for renewable power projects in India. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in FY 2025-26.

For the third quarter, Waaree Energies posted a net profit of ₹493 crore jumped four-fold jump, compared to Rs 124.5 crore in the same period of the previous financial year.
Revenue for the quarter increased by 116% from last year to ₹3,457 crore. The number was also higher than ₹1,596 crore reported in the year-ago period. Waaree Energies has an order book of 26.5 GW valued at ₹50,000 crore as of date.
Waaree Energies is an Indian manufacturer of solar PV modules with an aggregate installed capacity of 12 GW. Its product portfolio includes solar energy products consisting of the PV modules such as multicrystalline modules; Monocrystalline modules; and TopCon modules.

Shares of Waaree Energies Ltd ended at ₹2,269.40, up by ₹35.70, or 1.60% on the BSE.
