The AI-powered chatbot was created using sophisticated Generative AI technologies and trained exclusively on publicly available data from VFS Global’s UK visa-related websites. It is built and hosted on VFS Global’s secure IT infrastructure, ensuring that data privacy and security are prioritised. The system operates in full compliance with regulatory standards, with robust data protection measures in place.
A dedicated team of data scientists and AI specialists, working from VFS Global’s AI centres in Dubai, Mumbai, and Berlin, collaborated to uphold the highest security and quality standards. Ethical AI practices were central to the development process, with VFS Global working closely with the Responsible AI Institute to ensure fairness and minimise bias. The project also relied on proprietary AI platforms, including the AI Foundation Model and the Super Alpha Application Platform, both of which feature built-in safeguards to ensure data safety, security, and compliance.
