IT services firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Wednesday (March 5) said it has partnered with Vantage Towers, Europe’s second-largest telecom tower operator, to launch a digital service platform aimed at improving the experience of property owners leasing land for telecom tower installations.
The platform will streamline service processes, enhance property owner retention, and strengthen telecom site partnerships across Europe. As part of the collaboration, TCS will deploy TCS Crystallus for telecom, an industry-specific solution designed to accelerate digital transformation for telecom infrastructure providers.
Through this programme, property owners across eight markets in Europe will benefit from round-the-clock personalised access to customer support via their preferred channels. This approach empowers landlords and enables Vantage Towers agents and other stakeholders to seamlessly access crucial information across the enterprise through the unified platform.

Tobias Steinig, Chief Digital Officer at Vantage Towers, said, “Long-term relationships with our landlords are a win-win-situation for both sides and, in addition, the foundation for a successful network expansion and digitalisation in Europe. This joint project underscores our commitment to operational excellence and reinforces our promise of stable partnerships based on high-quality service experience and transparency.”
The partnership builds on the long-standing relationship between TCS and Vantage Towers, signalling a deeper collaboration focused on creating value through technology-driven offerings.
Vantage Towers relies on these property partners to expand its extensive infrastructure across Europe. This initiative is expected to accelerate growth by converting property partners into long-term advocates, driving Vantage Towers’ mission of sustainable telecom expansion.
