Sania Mirza reveals Farah Khan has promised to launch her son Izhaan; says the director even gave him Rs 10 as signing amount

Farah Khan recently shared a fun cooking vlog with her best friend Sania Mirza, who brought her sister Anam and son Izhaan along. During the vlog, Sania shared a funny story about Farah giving a signing amount to her son when he was born.
In the vlog, Sania, sitting with her son Izhaan, shared a funny story about Farah. She revealed that when Farah came to visit her and meet newborn Izhaan, she gave him Rs. 10 and jokingly told him she was going to launch him in a movie.

Farah then suggested that Sania say it was Rs. 100 instead of Rs. 10. But Sania stuck to the truth, saying it was Rs. 10 and didn’t want to lie. The playful exchange had everyone laughing.

Farah and Sania share a close friendship, often enjoying fun conversations together. They have appeared as guests on shows like Koffee With Karan and The Kapil Sharma Show, where fans loved their chemistry. In an interview, Farah shared how their friendship began when she invited Sania to her show, but they couldn’t find a suitable date. Instead, they met at Farah’s house for coffee, where they instantly hit it off and discussed everything. Farah mentioned how refreshing it was to connect with someone outside the film industry, which made their bond even more interesting.
Farah made her directorial debut in Hindi cinema with Main Hoon Na in 2004. She later directed successful films like Om Shanti Om, Tees Maar Khan, and Happy New Year. In 2004, she married Shirish Kunder, and the couple welcomed triplets in 2008. They also co-own a production house called Three’s Company.
