The second schedule of ‘SSMB 29’ is currently underway in Odisha, with the cast and crew already on location. She sported a casual yet stylish look, wearing grey denim jeans, a black tank top, and a leather jacket, complemented by a black cap and boots. Prior to this, Priyanka was in Hyderabad for the film’s shoot but took a brief hiatus to attend her brother Siddharth Chopra’s wedding festivities in Mumbai.
The production of ‘SSMB29’ commenced in January 2025 with a pooja ceremony in Hyderabad. Notably, Mahesh Babu’s look for the film has been kept under wraps, with no official images released yet. The film is touted to be an adventure thriller, drawing comparisons to ‘Indiana Jones’. While the complete cast and the film’s official title have yet to be announced, as per Hindustan Times, the project is reportedly being made on a staggering budget of Rs.1000 crore, showing its grand scale.
In a recent interview with Lehren Retro, Madhu Chopra subtly confirmed Priyanka’s involvement in ‘SSMB29’. When asked about the circulating reports, she mentioned, “Vahin shooting pe hain voh” (She is shooting the film), and nodded in agreement when the interviewer noted Priyanka’s presence in Hyderabad for the shoot. This film is Priyanka’s much-awaited return to Indian movies, making her fans very excited.
