The upcoming Bageshwar Dham Medical and Science Research Institute aims to enhance healthcare access in the Bundelkhand region. The ₹218 crore cancer hospital will offer free treatment to underprivileged patients and feature cutting-edge medical equipment along with specialized doctors.
The project is being developed under the trust of Bageshwar Dham.
On Monday (February 24), Modi will inaugurate the Global Investors Summit (GIS) 2025 in Bhopal, positioning Madhya Pradesh as a global investment hub. The summit will feature sector-specific sessions on pharma, medical devices, transport, logistics, tourism, and MSMEs, along with international discussions involving key global partners.
Three major exhibitions will run parallel to the summit:
Auto Show – Showcasing Madhya Pradesh’s automotive strengths and future mobility solutions.
Textile and Fashion Expo – Highlighting the state’s legacy in traditional and modern textile production.
ODOP Village – Featuring unique handicrafts and local products from across the state.
Following Modi’s visit, President Droupadi Murmu will arrive at Bageshwar Dham on February 26 to attend a mass marriage ceremony where 251 destitute girls will be married under a social welfare initiative.
