Angel One has approved the second interim dividend of ₹11 per share, in addition to the first interim dividend of ₹11 as well that it had approved earlier this year.
The board has approved March 20 as the record date for its second interim dividend payout.
Since its listing in 2020, Angel One has paid ₹135.25 to its shareholders as dividend, with the last four payouts, including this one, being in excess of ₹10 per share.
The company has not issued bonus shares not carried out a stock split so far as a public company.
Angel One and other capital market names have been in focus post the recent stock market sell-off, which has seen the midcap and smallcap index correct between 20% to 25% from their all-time high levels.
Recent data also indicated a slowdown in the pace of demat account addition. Demat account addition in February this year was at its slowest pace since May 2023.
Shares of Angel One are off the highs of the day, currently trading little changed at ₹1,963.6. The stock is down over 50% from its peak of close to ₹4,000.
