Vicky Kaushal’s historical drama Chhaava continues its impressive run at the Indian box office, earning Rs 10.09 crore during its sixth weekend. With this, the film’s total collection has now soared to an estimated Rs 583.35 crore, making it Kaushal’s highest-grossing film to date.
According to early estimates from Sacnilk.com, the film collected Rs 2.1 crore on Friday, followed by Rs 3.65 crore on Saturday, and ended the weekend on a strong note with Rs 4.34 crore on Sunday.
The sixth-weekend figures place Chhaava among the top-performing films in its category. It currently stands behind Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, which earned Rs 10.59 crore, and Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree 2, which holds the record with Rs 18.6 crore. However, with four days remaining in the week, industry experts believe Chhaava could climb higher on the all-time sixth-week chart.
The film has already set a new benchmark by achieving the highest fifth-week collection ever, amassing Rs 30.05 crore during that period.
As Chhaava approaches the Rs 600 crore milestone, all eyes remain on its box office performance in the coming days. If the film collects an additional Rs 17 crore, it will join the elite Rs 600 crore club—an achievement that would further solidify its status as 2025’s first blockbuster.
Directed by Laxman Utekar, Chhaava features Vicky in a career-defining role. The film has surpassed the earnings of his previous hit, Uri: The Surgical Strike, which held the record as his most successful film until now.
With no major competition currently in theatres, trade analysts predict that Chhaava will continue to dominate and could set even more box office records in the weeks to come.
