Multiple companies, who announced their dividends, stock splits and spin offs will have their record dates in the upcoming week. They range from PSU stocks like Bharat Electronics and HUDCO to names like IOL Chemicals. Here is a look at this list.

SBC Exports | This is the third instance of the company issuing bonus shares after 2022 and January 2024. This time around, it has issued one free share for every two held and the record date for the same has been fixed as Monday, March 10.

Kesoram Industries | The composite scheme of arrangement between Kesoram Industries and UltraTech Cement has been effective from March 1, 2025 and Monday, March 10 has been fixed as the record date for the same. Kesoram shareholders will receive one share of UltraTech for every 52 shares they hold as on the record date.

Bharat Electronics | The Nifty 50 component announced its highest dividend payout in three years when it announced an interim dividend of ₹1.5 per share. The record date for this dividend payout has been fixed as Tuesday, March 11.

IOL Chemicals | The company had announced a stock split earlier, when it will split one share of ₹10 into five shares of ₹2 each. The record date for this stock split is fixed as Tuesday, March 11.

GR Infraprojects | The company had declared an interim dividend last week worth ₹12.5 per share, which is lower than the earlier two instances of ₹17 and ₹14 per share over the last two years. Record date for this dividend payout has been fixed as Thursday, March 13.

HUDCO | The company will hold a board meet on Thursday, March 13, to consider an interim dividend payout.

Sun TV | The media company announced an interim dividend of ₹2.5 per share, and the record date for that has also been fixed as Thursday, March 13, 2025.
