Bhool Chuk Maaf, set in Varanasi, portrays the small-town romance of Ranjan, a hopeless romantic who secures a government job to marry his love, Titli. But just before the wedding, unexpected events turn his world upside down.
Sharing the teaser on X, Maddock Films wrote, “Din hai untees ya tees? Fark hai bas unnees-bees! Par yeh hai kya masla? Jaaniye 10 April ko in cinemas, tab tak Bhool Chuk Maaf ho!”

The teaser shows Rajkummar Rao in the middle of grand wedding celebrations, ready to marry Wamiqa Gabbi. However, he suddenly finds himself trapped in a bizarre time loop, repeatedly reliving his haldi ceremony.
The teaser has received mixed reactions, with some appreciating it, while others criticising it for its repetitive concept and Rajkummar Rao playing yet another typical role.
One user commented, “This film should be a big Blockbuster in North Circuits.”
Another wrote, “Wow just wow, Similar to Map of tiny perfect things on Amazon Prime. I have seen there are many like concepts in movies. Good from Bollywood.”
A third user wrote, “Rajkummar doing the same thing in all movies. doesn’t even feel like different characters anymore.”

A fourth user commented, “Sad to see Rajkumar being typecast for the same type of roles. He needs to come out of that middle-class small-town boy zone.”
He’s not even that great actor as people glaze. He tried different styles in Ludo and Hit but his acting is so forced and unnatural.

After Maddock Films’ high-flying Sky Force and the recent smash hit Chhaava, which starred Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna, Bhool Chuk Maaf is the studio’s third big release of the year.
