Similar fake messages have been circulating, including a claim that senior citizens above 75 years will no longer have to pay taxes and a forged approval letter falsely issued by KVIC India under the PM Employment Generation Program, promising a ₹17 lakh loan in exchange for a ₹51,000 payment.
Government agencies urge people to verify such claims through official sources and report any suspicious messages.
