Following the tragic stampede at New Delhi Railway Station that left at least 18 dead, the Northern Railway has announced special train services for the Maha Kumbh Mela to manage the heavy rush of passengers.A press release from the Northern Railway revealed the schedule for four new special trains designed to handle the increased demand.
