Industrialist Anand Mahindra stated in a message on ‘X’ on Monday that every Araku Coffee outlet set up by the Naandi Foundation, of which he is the Chairman and Life Trustee, has a map of the coffee growing region, and its CEO Manoj Kumar ensured that the Paris cafés have electronic screens that continuously loops films or images of the Araku tribal life.
Packaging of the coffee is a dynamic leaf motif inspired by the colourful attire of the tribals as well as the varied colours of India, Mr. Mahindra wrote, in reply to a tweet by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, wherein he said it was inspiring to see this truly Made-in-AP product earning the global recognition it deserves, and asked how about incorporating design elements that celebrate the tribal roots of Araku Coffee, showcasing its journey from bean to cup.
Mr. Mahindra thanked Mr. Naidu for his unwavering support and encouragement to the Naandi Foundation, and noted that his ideas are always spot on, and he (Mr. Naidu) would be pleased to see how the Araku Coffee was being made popular around the world.
