Currency derivatives segment trading is suspended on Wednesday as well. The commodity market is closed in the morning session and will reopen at 5pm for trading.
Hence, there will be no trading in the equity, SLB and equity derivative segments on February 26.

According to the Reserve Bank of India’s public holiday calendar, states like Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Mizoram, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka will observe a bank holiday on Mahashivratri 2025.
On another note, in the previous trade session on Tuesday, February 25, Nifty 50 ended with minor losses at 22,547.55, while Sensex ended in the green at 74,602.12.
