2025 BYD Seal
BYD has launched the 2025 models of the Seal electric sedan in the Indian market with updated features. The BYD Seal now includes a standard power sunshade, an updated air conditioning system with enhanced purification, a silver-plated dimmable canopy and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.
It also gets DiSus-C intelligent damping system for the Performance variant. It is available in three variants, including Seal Dynamic, Seal Premium and Seal Performance. The Seal Dynamic has a 61.44 kWh battery that provides an ARAI range of 510 kilometres. The Premium and Performance models include an 82.56 kW battery pack that claims to provide a range of 650 km and 580 km, respectively.
2025 BYD Atto 3
BYD has also launched the 2025 version of the Atto 3 electric SUV in India. The updated feature of the Atto 3 includes an all-black interior, an upgraded Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) low-voltage battery and ventilated front seats. According to the makers, the new battery has five times better self-discharge usage and a 15-year lifespan. The all-new model has three variants: Dynamic, Premium and Superior. The Dynamic has a 49.92 kWh battery with an ARAI range of 468 kms. While the Premium and Superior models feature a 60.48 kWh battery pack with an ARAI-claimed range of 580 km.
Honda WR-V (Elevate) Black Style
Honda introduced the
‘Black Style’ edition of the Elevate in the Japanese market. The model is available in Japan as the WR-V SUV and it has some similarities to the India-spec Elevate Signature Black Edition. The black style version featuring Z and Z+ trims is offered at JPY 2,483,800 (roughly ₹14.67 lakh). Unlike the Black Edition in India, which is only available in Crystal Black Pearl, the Japanese model allows purchasers to blend black-themed interior and exterior highlights with any colour available, including the Crystal Black Pearl shade.
Yamaha FZ-S Fi Hybrid
India Yamaha Motor (IYM) launched the FZ-S Fi Hybrid with a price tag of ₹ 1,44,800 (ex-showroom). The all-new motorcycle is powered by a 149-cc Blue Core engine that is now OBD-2B compliant. It features a 4.2-inch full-colour TFT instrument cluster that connects to smartphones via the Y-Connect app. The FZ-S Fi Hybrid is available in two colour options: Racing Blue and Cyan Metallic Grey.
2025 KTM 390 Duke
KTM launched the 2025 390 Duke in India at a starting price of ₹ 2.95 lakh (ex-showroom). The latest model features the same aggressive look as the previous edition of the bike. To add more flavour, it now has a new dark colour scheme named ‘Ebony Black’, in addition to the outgoing Atlantic Blue and Electronic Orange Metallic. The motorcycle also features a 5-inch TFT dashboard display, launch control, SuperMoto ABS, Motorcycle Traction Control (MTC), cornering ABS, ride-by-wire technology, a quick-shifter and three riding modes—rain, track, and road.
Tata Tiago NRG
Tata Motors launched the updated Tata Tiago NRG for the year 2025. The latest model is a rugged, crossover-style version of the Tata Tiago hatchback aimed at customers who seek an SUV-like stance in a compact car. It has slightly higher ground clearance, body cladding, roof rails and skid plates to make it appear more rugged. It comes in a single top-spec XZ variant at a starting price tag of ₹7.2 lakh.
Simple OneS Electric Scooter
Simple Energy launched the new electric scooter Simple OneS, priced at ₹1,39,999 (ex-showroom). It gets its power from an 8.5 kW PMSM motor and a 3.7 kWh fixed battery. The Simple OneS has an IDC range of 181 kilometres and a maximum speed of 105 kilometres per hour. The scooter has four riding modes: eco, ride, dash and sonic. It includes a 7-inch touchscreen dashboard, allowing the rider to answer phone calls and access wifi and bluetooth connectivity.
