The apartment is located in Sky City, a luxury residential project developed by Oberoi Realty and spread across 25 acres. According to IGR records, Kumar originally purchased the apartment in November 2017 for Rs 2.37 crore. The recent sale, registered in March 2025, reflects an impressive 84 per cent appreciation in value.
