Actor Kangana Ranaut shared pictures from her recent temple visits in Karnataka. On Tuesday, she took to Instagram to reveal that she sought blessings at Kateel’s Shri Durgaparameshwari Temple and Kapu’s Shri Hale Mariamma Temple.
In the first photo, Kangana Ranaut sat inside the Shri Durgaparameshwari Temple premises with her eyes closed. Another picture showed her interacting with the priest and temple staff after performing pooja.
Kangana was also seen posing for a photo inside the temple. In other pictures, she performed rituals and interacted with the temple authorities. For her visit, she wore a pink and red saree paired with traditional jewelry.
The diva also shared photos from her visit to Shri Hale Mariamma Temple on Monday, where she performed pooja rituals. She was seen smiling while walking through a large crowd. For this visit, she wore a green and golden saree.
Posting the pictures, the actress wrote, “Aaj Kateel mein Devi Durga Parmeshwari ji ki darshan kiye aur pichle kal Kapu mein Maa Mariyamma ke pawan darshan hue.”
Earlier, she had shared a photo to her Instagram Stories and penned, “Honoured to be at the opening ceremony of Kapu Mariyamma temple with National General Secretary BJP BL Santosh ji.”
Professionally, Kangana Ranaut was last seen in ‘Emergency’, where she portrayed former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The film, released in theatres on January 17, explored the 21-month Emergency period from 1975 to 1977 and its aftermath. It also featured Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Vishak Nair, Milind Soman, and the late Satish Kaushik.
