Launched in November 2024, four months after acquiring the land, Godrej Evergreen Square has become GPL’s most successful residential launch in Pune, both in terms of sales value and volume.
The project spans 1.23 million square feet of sold inventory, the Mumbai-based Godrej Properties said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.
With a developable potential of 2.41 million square feet and an estimated revenue potential of ₹2,045 crore, Godrej Evergreen Square is one of GPL’s largest residential developments in the region.
Hinjewadi is a well-established residential and commercial hub, offering access to top-tier schools, healthcare facilities, retail malls and entertainment centres. The area enjoys excellent connectivity to the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway, Mumbai-Pune Expressway, and major city areas.
The upcoming metro line connecting Hinjewadi to Shivaji Nagar, with a station just two minutes from the project, is set to significantly cut commute times, making the location even more attractive for homebuyers. “We are delighted with the response to our project, Godrej Evergreen Square. This has now become the best-ever launch in Pune residential real estate,” Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties, said.
Godrej Properties stated it is on track to exceed its FY25 bookings target of ₹27,000 crore. The company has already achieved 71% of its annual booking value guidance for the fiscal year.
For the quarter, booking value stood at ₹5,446 crore, reflecting a 5% decline year-on-year but a 5% growth quarter-on-quarter.
The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹162.6 crore for the December quarter, as against ₹62.3 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was at ₹968.9 crore from ₹330.4 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Shares of Godrej Properties were trading nearly flat, down by 0.54% at ₹ 1,075.40 on the BSE around 11 am.
