Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, his wife Gauri Khan and three children — Suhana Khan, Aryan Khan, and Abram Khan — are temporarily moving out of their iconic residence, Mannat.
According to reports, the Khan family is shifting to a luxury apartment in the Pali Hills area of Mumbai. The move comes after the Pathaan actor decided to renovate and expand his sea-facing bungalow.
Reports state that the 59-year-old has leased four floors of the luxury apartment for a whopping ₹24 lakh per month.
SRK’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, has entered into a leave and licence agreement with film producer Vashu Bhagnani’s children, actor Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh.
Each floor contains a spacious flat, offering ample space for the family’s security and staff. He has leased two duplex flats on the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors in the Pali Hills building.
Last November, Gauri Khan requested permission from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to build two more floors to the Mannat annex.
Located in the Bandstand area of Bandra, Shah Rukh Khan bought Mannat in 2001 for ₹13 crore. Now valued at ₹200 crore, the 27,000 square-foot mansion has six floors and features a grand library, a private theatre, a fully-equipped gym, and a lavish terrace with luxurious interiors.
On the professional front, SRK will be next seen in the action-thriller film, King. The film is helmed by Siddharth Anand, who also directed Pathaan and War.
Scheduled for a theatrical release in mid-2026, King also stars Abhishek Bachchan and marks the big screen debut of SRK’s daughter, Suhana Khan.
